You are partially correct, the first folks to send in their rebates were getting some rejections, but that was ONLY because of there were two different SKU numbers in the ad, and apparently the rebate center only had one listed at first. That was quickly cleared up and both of mine got approved...
Beg your pardon, but that WAS the price after 2 MIRs...it was $159 - $30 off $150 coupon = $119 - $20 Instore Rebate - $50 MIR - $30 MIR = $29...I know because I got one of them (along with about 4 other people in my group). So unless the 'partly hypothetical' comment referred to the 30 off 150...
Not sure how Hot this really is? OfficeMax had the 120 GB SE (8 MB cache) drive on sale a few weeks ago for $29 after MIR. You could have gotten 240 GB for just about half what this one is costing. I think I'd wait for another OM or CC sale. Just my 2 cents.
I justed checked online and my $50 rebate showed up a valid, but I don't see anything on the $30 one...shouldn't they both show up thru the RebatesHQ.com site? I sent them in on the same day? Thanks again to all those that called and straightened out this mess for the rest of us.
