    It's by far the better choice, but I thought wipro ended their dell association a while ago; hopefully I'm wrong. Please post if you're able to order through wipro, I'd rather do that than ebay.

    Find me a xeon system comparably priced to the Mac pro. The dells are literally like $500+ more, and the mac can do more. That as well as the Macbook are great deals compared with PC counterparts, the Macbook Pro and the iMac are fairly overpriced though.

    The widescreen command does change the fov, and I find it hard to believe that Quake's default FOV is in the 60s... lol. You can even run i tat 1600x1200 and turn on the widescreen option, then stretch the image to fill your 1920x1200 screen and it looks almost exactly the same as the 1920x1200...
