Reinstalling Windows XP

I have problems trying to use the cd partition application. If I Formatted my HD usuing maxblaster 3, windows XP would see my hole HD(160 gig) , if I waited for XP pro to recognize my HD before formating, it only saw 130 gig. I used Partition magic and made 3 partitions and formatted on NTFS and...

A new bios is out, version 15. I just upgrade mine and the PC didn't boot after upgrade. Clear Cmos and unplug power cable, PC boot up again.

As far as I have read... The Is7 is an stable and relaible MB. If many people used and overclock the heck out of them and the IS7 still run reliable, imagine how stable is going to be if you don't overclock. Asus made good MB's also, but they come overclocked a little bit from factory. Every...

This is for Dgath.... Ok, check your QIG(quick installation guide) Page 3, under "6-Connecting Cables" There you got it!!!!! What this means is... that if you connect a hard drive with a Cd-rom, the hard drive will run at the speed of the Cd-rom, which is slower than the H/D. My advice...

I have a Plextor cdrw on the same cable I got my DVD player and make copys with no problem and Fast. The only thing is that the CDRW have to be the master, It wont work on the same cable as slave. Hard drive... Put the bigger HD as master.

Dgath... I found the answer....Is on the "quick installation guide" of the motherboard page 4 under serial ATA connectors. It reads" It is also possible to connect legacy IDE hard disk throug an optional SERILLEL 2 converter" I hope this help BTW: I have not build my PC yet, waiting 4 video...
