Whats the Best BIOS for LanParty Ultra B (BETA or Released)

Problem when using Norton Ghost, advice needed...

Yes it is not a problem to do what you want, which is use the RAID slots as JBOD (Just a Bunch Of Disks) which the Highpoint does support. Yes you have to install the drivers. If you only have 2 drives I would recomend using one drive per cable. And you can install XP on one of the drives, just...

good value memory for 875Pro Lan Party?

In my sig, you can see what i used, not exactly value ram, but it works damn good. But if you are wanting to keep your mem ratio at 1:1 then you'll have to get the DDR500, and I can't tell ya who's is better, since i haven't tried any, but I think i know where I'd start. ;)

Quick question: What is the difference between the 875 DFI Lan Party versions A and B? Does not say on their website.

I agree I love my LP875. My question is does the new version support the infamous "Prescott"? I wish Intel wouldn't have bent us over earlier this year, cuz I really enjoy this mobo, and am not able to replace it again before the next socket change, etc. Guess I just have to hope that Prescott...

ATI 8500LE 64MB and Asus TI4200 64MB- How do they compare?

HOT flash a Bios ?

I have done this as well, with much success. I like the scotch tape idea "zzzz" I'll have to remeber that one. And like he said make sure you put the chip in the right way or you'll have more than a dead chip.

I don't like any of the 875P motherboards.

Only the 875 Chipset supports ECC. There are NO 865 boards that support ECC.

How high have you gotten your 2.4c stable?
