I'm using Netgear WDNR3700 DD-WRTnow and not quite happy with the speed. So I'm looking for a different router. Been looking at the ASUS line. But I also want to have more than 4 gigabit lan ports. DD-WRT or tomato firmware compatible would be nice. Any recommendation? Thanks
i just deleted an email from bradsdeal.com which had the canon t4i + printer for $599 after $400 MIR. I think it's awsome deal if you need the printer also. I would get it but I don't need the printer.

I using dsl modem and have the actiontec q1000 modem/router and netgear 3700 router. I setup the netgear as bridge after flashing with dd-wrt. I disable the dhcp on the netgear router and wireless on the actiontec router.
I can access the actiontec modem/router by using it's default...
well, i think they're forcing me to pay the rent or buying it. with comcast you can buy a modem off the shelf in the store and use without any problem.
