sound card for front panel audio?

I have an AMS G-tower and it has a simple headphone out and mic in jack on the front panel. I would really like to be able to utilize this feature of the case. I can't tell which sound cards have outputs for this. I don't want a big gaudy bay extension, I just want to use the integrated case...

Rollo, how loud is your 5800? The other thing is that I have some money to spend now, ie before grad school/ after working, but in a year I'll probably be broke. I'm wondering if that shouldn't factor into my decision. I just put together my new system. is7-g w/GAT p4 2.8 1g corsair xms 3200...
