I just built a new computer and everything runs fine..... but when it gets to the Win XP loading screen with that little green moving bar at the bottom it kinda delays for a bit then a blue screen comes up saying I have a hardware problem or configuration problem. It tells me to run check disk...
its a Biostar M7vit pro, I found the jumper to clear cmos... but Im still a little lost as to how to do it.. it says to move it to pin 2-3 to clear the data but... do I just move it back?

I believe I connected all powersupply cords to the motherboard but the powersupply refuses to turn on.... I tried with my other powersupply that works Fine... but that did the same thing..... could it be some of the other hardware thats conflicting...???
