performance of intel extreme graphics card

maybe that game runs okay with that onboard gpu but when HL2 comes u will have tears in your eyes.....and saying things like "damn why did I buy this thing....why?....why?"

I just recently purchased a Canon Optura20 digital camcoder and although the quality is great but when I want to capture my recordings on my rig in order to edit them, I come up with outrageously large files. 1 hour like up to 20 gigs...How will I be able to burn my video files on CD's then, SO...

mid this year about July or June the new socket is coming out thats when I'll upgrade from my 1700+ "B" @ 2.0.....

Best 266MHz FSB Processor to OC to 333MHz FSB

I think he's worried about the high overall speed of cpu causing high temps and short life......and putting fsb out of spec will often cause hdd corruption...

2600 Barton not sure?

Hullo, I am planning to get a 2600 Barton but I heard its locked, but I also heard that its still overclockable as u can increase the fsb....but.....if I increase the fsb to 200 that would make like 2.3GHZ.....i am planning to use a stock fan.....do u think i will be able to reach it that far...

A friend of mine lives waaaaaaaaaaaay up north in Canada by Alaska he says that his watercooling radiator is outside his window and he must keep pc on 24/7 or the water will freeze.......he says while playing games his 2500+ BArton @ 2.2GHZ is @ 30C...

I heard most cpu;s are designed to live 10 years, will overcloking reduce the life ...by how much....if u dont touch voltage will it still shorten?

I agree also but I cant use fancy words like the guy above.....anyways yeah.....dual p3 is expensive....p3 ARE EXPENSIVE!!! poor DDR support for p3 will cause bad memory bandwidth

Thermal pad or no thermal pad? That is the question...

One time I had a 1.33 GHZ Thunderbird and a cooler made for T-birds it came with a crappy yellow pad...so I put it on run it 24/7 for 3 days start to get alerts on temps above 65C me ignores then my fan stalls....I'm like what the.....and I look and the fan melted lol......what a story
