Wow, it's dark out there

Well power is returning, we have power in Toledo Ohio now. I imagine that the cities affected on the outside fringes of the outage will get power back first, althought that means NY will probably be last to be completly back on which sucks for a lot of people. I guess the power plants just...

Which to overclock? 2.4c or 2500+ ?

Um check the prices at newegg, here is a price comparison using the above mentioned components. Barton 2500+ (retail) $88 Asus A7V600 (has KT600 chipset) $92.99 $88+$92.99=$180.99 P4 2.4C (retail) $171 Asus P4P8X (865P chipset) 99.99 $171+99.99=$270.99 $270.99-$180.99=$90 Yep, still a price...

1.7 gig Celeron. Come on, you could eat a buncha sand and puke a better processor

I think videoclone was referring to the P4 based Celerons, which do suck. But the Celeron deadseasquirrel upgraded with was a P3 based Celeron with a Tualatin core, the Tualatin core Celerons are not bad chips they performed almost as well as the P3 did(I know because I had a 1.2 Tualatin...
