Well i had to get a new motherboard and cpu so i did a fresh install of windows and every since my system seems really slow. And when i say got new i upgraded. It was about 3 months ago. So i was wondering if my memory has something to do with it.

First thing, would be to get the latest bios and update, but please read the bios flash notes and follow the direction's to update the bios.

i changed my timings to 2-2-2-6 and it wouldnt boot up. my screen wouldnt come on so i had to turn off and get back in to bios? So i guess i can not use that timing or should i have changed my my burst length also?
