hi in your opinion what is the best mini digi cam.from hot deals i bought a 30 dollar cam but boy was i dissapointed with my camera!

A couple years back behind my street they were breaking ground to put new cable.
Finally called today to get Dsl and they told me i have to pay a hundred bucks cause my area does have it.
my question should i pay a hundred dollars for somebody come and install that cable or should day do it...

i have to use these at my work and the button in the side were you press to speak gets messed up after a few uses . just letting you know. communication sometimes breaks up . intercepts good conversations of people with walkie talkies and cellphones
