Network bridge enabled but no bridge

Never mind, Windows has decided to fix itself. I don't really know what I did, but when I tried to use the repair for the wireless, it froze so I just hard rebooted the system and when I booted back into windows everything was working again :)

Tablet Screen problems

ok So the top 1/2" of my tablet screen wont recognize the stylus when I write or use the stylus there. The problem is I don't know if this is a software glitch and I just need to reinstall drivers or if there is a problem with my screen and what ever detects the wacom stylus part of the screen...

What does your computer sit on?

Post here if you have received DEAD hardware in your online order.

Lots of people get DOA items its just a fact of life. I have had both a DOA video card and motherboard before. its annoying but its no big deal it happens. The motherboard was an Asus P4P800 Deluxe and the video card was an XFX 6600GT (awesome card BTW).

New system DOES NOT start up! Nothing at all

try taking the motherboard out of the case and see if it boots. If it does you have a short some where when its in the case. If it doesn't boot you most likely have a bad motherboard. also check the CPU and make sure that is mounted correct.

Yes, I am using Cat5e cable. We crimp all our own cable as its cheaper that way and we have never had have a cable not work at gigabit speed on the GS105 just the GS605

Dual Analog Gamepad

agree the Xbox 360 is a great controller...one little problem I have with it is that they are at times too sensitive. There is no dead zone for the controller with the microsoft drivers, there is a work around for the dead zone problem with third party drivers.

What good is video memory on older laptops?

My old P2 300Mhz laptop had only 2.5MB of video memory but it stilled played the orignal half-life fine.

Is the Geforce 4 4200 64MB faster than a Radeon 9600?

The 9600 will preform better, I have a 128MB Geforce 4 Ti 4200 in my computer and my friend has a 128MB 9600XT is a much slower computer than mine and he can keep up just fine. In fact his 9600 out preforms my 4200 alot of the time.
