GTX 950 vs HD7770

I'm replacing a NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250. I'm not really a gamer. Newegg has the EVGA GeForce GTX 950 02G-P4-2956-KR 2GB for $129,99 less $30 MIR bringing it to $99.99. It's in my price range. Is that a good Video card?
