ok, from what i know, no doubling minutes. When you get to $100, you will get the gold reward minutes, which is the same everywhere in united states. if you live in michigan, or you want a michigan area code, you can get 165 minutes and good for 90 days (instead of 50-60 minutes w/ 60days.)...
