So basically Dell is disclaiming responsibillity...the question is whether they are liable for purchases placed during the time that the rebates were being offered on the site.
Do you think that this will be enough? I know that if Albertson's posted something like that at the supermarket they would get fined thousands and forced to follow through, but since the internet is less reliable a medium, they may be able to weasel out citing server error, much like mail order...
