SuperPI is the best to test your RAM, believe me, when we talk about millions of decimal digits of PI, one, only one being wrong means RAM sending false information to the processor, that's exactly what we call instability, cause either by a deffictive ram chip, or by an execesive overclocking...

Strange result when installing Intel sound driver

yeah... really i considered that possibilty... this machine was bought in my day's of nooB, i won't do this todaty... but i didn't know the PSU was so bad... i mean, i never had to looked at it... so... i will with other one. By the way, the BIOS is revision 1006 I do also suspect the memory...

the PSU is a 230 watt generic stuff, but the current is stable and the 12 rail shows 12.45v the 5v rail shows 5.13v. Those have been test with a tester. I don't really believe the problem is the PSU. The memory are speckteck DDR266 memorys, their timings are set by SPD. I will look for the...

trouble installing XP Pro in a S-ATA Hard drive

Replacement for a Video Card cooler

hi, my GForce MX440 SE brutally overclocked to 370Mhz core and 450Mhz Memory have a stock little heatsink and a fast turning 40mm fan i guess, i woudl like to replace it beacuse it's anoting noise, with a big passive heatsink who apart from sieltn is enough performer to mantai the current levels...
