Should I get the 6800 Ultra or the 800XT? Seems I should get the NV6800U!

Ati cards perform better in D3D games, NVidia perform better in OpenGL games. So if you play D3D games then get ati cards. Personally both cards are good for all games you can buy today. You wont be able to feel the difference whether it is D3D based or OpenGL based.

you cant idle at 86C - 90C its just too hot by then your computer can reboot at any time, including BSOD, etc. If you can run 3dmark fine without rebooting and the temperature doesnt move then it would have to be your mobo that dont read the temp properly.

DDR In Dual Channel - Is there supposed to be a Difference?

well you cant feel the difference becoz you dont utilize application that takes advantage of the increased bandwidth.

TrueBlue 480 rear fan is not moving

Hahahahha the quiet technology makes the fan spins at 1000RPM i think it makes no difference!!! should be ok running without fan either way maybe you get a chance to see the fireball!!! its quiet indeed.

Well have u tried using another power supply? Of course when your 3.3 is at 2.8 you gonna reboot. What brand PSU u using? No theres no setting in bios that does that.

thermaltake power supplies provide low 12v current

Well i have true480 and thermaltake butterfly 480. In my opinion both psu is fine. This means it passed prime95 loops for over 12 hours pass other tests and no instability. My Tt 480 is a bit high on all rails 3.3 = 3.4 5 = 5.1 and 12 = 12.1 when it is under a lot of load the 12 rail will drop...

Which Board Is Better

AI7 uses 865PE it also has uguru. I think the AI7 doesnt like certain ram with BH5 chips on it. Im not sure about warranty.

Which one Zalman 7000 Cu or 7000 AlCu??
