This series of drives has always fared well at the StorageReview website. I have a number of them (5 - 120GBs, 1 - 80GB, 1 - 160GB, etc). They have all served me well, although my brother recently had problems with two drives failing in a RAID consisting of 7 - 200GB WD 8MB cache drives. Bummer.
Oupost has the WD2500JB at $154.99 with $55 MIR.
