It isn't like Pokemon at all. You fight monsters to take pieces from their carcass to make armor and weapons. You'll find yourself fighting the same monster over and over to get rare pieces that are required to make the good stuffto be able to fight other monsters.
There really isn't a story...
I loved monster hunter on psp! My two cousins got me into it with freedom 2 and I eventually spent 800 hours playing it until i moved onto freedom unite, which I played for another 300.
It's a great series to play with others. You can even play with others online through the ps3. Although, I...
This gigabyte 2442 was best I found for the price when I was looking last month:

I eventually went with something larger (Lenovo Y580)
Most people buy a video card when they need/want a video card, not when both companies are on the same "generation." They buy what's available at a given time.
If someone wanted the best video card (single gpu) available at the beginning of 2009, they would have purchased a GTX285. If it was...
OP should have settled his dispute with xfx before using the card for almost 3 years if he had a real problem. It didn't affect him for more than 2 years, but when the statute of limitations was coming to an end he decided he was finally unsatisfied.
He was not "right." He just used a loop hole...
That's the best statement I've read on a forum about this game. I don't see why other forum posters don't see it this way either.
D3 is okay, but after getting disconnected in a middle of a single player game and losing my progress, I'm not going to go back to it. It would annoy me too much...
Those were taken from two anandtech reviews so I wont go there.
How are you sure your results are credible? Were they using the same cpu for all their data points?
You hate charts and yet you post one. I can post a couple too:

Llano performance is a little slower than the 5570, which is about the same as 3870.
I would crossfire or wait for the next generation/refresh, but not a 7xxx if you already have a 6950 if you are expecting a large performance increase.
I ran a system with an i3 2120 with a sapphire 6670 low profile on a 150w supply for awhile before I upgraded to a 270w supply.
The 150w had no problems supplying enough juice. The psu fan was just to loud.
With a 300w supply you could get a 5770/5750 low profile card if you could find one for under 150.
Or you could wait for a low profile 7750/7770 if they ever make one, otherwise a sapphire (what I have) or HIS 6670 would be your best bet.
I'm not sure about the other stuff, but the 1gb ddr5 version of the 6670 is going to be faster than the 2gb ddr3. The gpu is not fast enough to take advantage of the 2gb.
All that said, a 5770/6770 would be a better buy for not much more money.
Which ever laptop you get, try to get a higher resolution screen. Either 1600x900 or 1920x1080 would be great for work space.
I went through engineering school with a 1280x800 screen and thought that was too small for doing schematics, writing code and writing essays.
It has nothing to do with large bezels directly in front of a players face while playing a game because the bezels and a pillar are both off to the side. Its not smack dab in the middle.
so what you are saying is that you are unaware of things going beside you and behind you while you're driving and refuse to to look through any other window except the windshield?
What does it matter if you were ranked high? Its a game and cheese is just one way to play the game. Thats like saying dunking in the NBA should not be allowed because its hard to defend.
I checked out this thread to see if there were people who've tried the drivers themselves yet, but I've come up empty.
I'm going to test the drivers myself and form my own conclusions.
I buy based a few factors in this order: price/performance in the games that I play, heat/noise, and vendor specific features. I've figured out I don't like running crossfire/sli cards and I've never bought a videocard costing more than $200 until the 6870.
Here's what I've bought in the past...
Got mine today and it looks great.
Serial number starts with 906 (june 2009) and from the service menu (hold enter on both remote and tv for 5 seconds) the panel manufacturer is LGD, S-IPS.
I'd just get the 4870/4890 and sell the 4830. It'll be cheaper and you'll be able to save money for an i7 system or what ever comes out next.
I had a MSI P6N-SLI (650i) motherboard and bought a ep45-ud3p to replace it, but i wish i just bought a better video card instead.
I've disconnected the DVI cable to my secondary monitor (Westinghouse lvm-37w3se) and the sound works while only running the primary monitor (NEC 20wmgx2).
Has this happened to anyone else?
