The Microsoft Retail site is available to employees of retailers. They offer prizes in payment for learning about MS products and passing quizes. Todya the prize shop has different merchandise a wheeled cooler, a Kanata fleece blanket Maxfli Noodle golf balls, Leatherman tool kit etc.

I've had this camera since Christmas. I love it.
Yes you can use it as a P&S....but it is pricey if that's all you want.
I tend to set it on the creative modes and shoot in RAW so I can postprocess.

will show you the write speeds to a Canon 10D. The Viking card writes at about 0.6 MB/sec about half the speed of the really fast cards.
