Just a couple of thoughts re: Classic EQ1. I see it as like a beta testing of mmo gaming in general. The fact is, there is so much the developers hadn't thought of when the game first rolled out. Who would have foreseen hundreds of players packed into the EC tunnel as a general trading area...

That's the thing about Classic EQ, which differentiates it from all other MMOs. (we can argue about the reasons... it's the developers, it's the community.. it's whatever...) But the freaking massive death penalty you got in EQ made it a completely different game from anything else I have...

Thanks everyone for the input. I should have spent more time considering this when I got the system. I went ahead and got the 5570 without an extra power supply. What is the biggest risk I'm taking in not upgrading the power supply? Just that the PSU will burn out... if so I just get another...

ok I think I'm just going to go with this: PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) $25 with MIR... I still spent well under $400 total. My aunt will be happy. Thanks all for the help.

btw this is the rig: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883108456 The PSU is Lite-on 180w. Regarding output it says +12V === /14A MAX later it says +3.3v/+5v/+12v Power shall not exceed 170W I double checked to make sure it has a pci e slot! Has one that says 16x. Only one problem...

Thanks nanaki ... I found a 5450 that's 32-bit here: HIS H545HO512 Radeon HD 5450 512MB 32-bit DDR3 My biggest concern is with the power supply though - would it be handle that 6670 or this 5450? The 5450 says 400 Watt or greater power supply recommended. Is the answer: "Duh - it says 400...

HSF doesn't cover the whole cpu ...

I'm considering buying the Arctic Pro Freezer 64 Pro for my 955 cpu. My concern is that I am reading that the base plate doesn't quite cover the entire processor. Is this an issue that should have me looking elsewhere?

well I am researching gtx460 to get out of my 4890 card and the appeal for me is the big difference in noise. I may even just go for a 768mb 460 to get the noise levels as low as possible - and it will still be an upgrade from the 4890, which is just too noisy for me.
