every once in a while my secondary HDD likes to erase everything on itself after i restart my PC and i have no idea why... and other cases of this or resources to help prevent this? it's a 160 GB western digital

it's an Asus... and i checked that... the little green light on the Mobo won't light so i think the PSU or mobo is the culprit and i don't think a mobo would fry because of that but a PSU might if it's being sensative... or maybe the switch broke but i can't tell :(

okay, i turned off my power supply as i as was ready to install my brand new DVD Burner, then i realized thre was a CD still in the drive i was replacing so i go to turn the power supply and PC back and when i flip the switch on the PSU and nothing happens... i check to make sure the outlet was...
are there programs out there that'll delete a file regardless if it's "in use" or not? i've had this 1 file on my HDD for quite some time but when ever i try to delete it, it says it's in use... it's 400MB and i really need to get rid of it... any suggestions?
alright, i got it clocked 45 MHZ (both memory and core) before i started getting all artifact ridden... i think thats a good O/C, no? from 400/300 to 445/344... should i try to push one or the other a bit farther? or is this a nice O/C that will boost my performance, even slightly?
