Does anyone have any suggestions on decent home security camera systems that don't break the bank?

Change the coil pack messing up to another location. They are interchangeable. If it now throws a code for the new location then you know its the coil pack. If the code stays in the current location then you know it may be the wiring for that one.

I bought a Klipsch Promedia set a long time ago (8ish years ago) and they are still going strong. Theres lots more options out there now than when I bought mine but I am still satisfied with them.
Researching all this more it does seem that it would be best to just build a computer and make my own. I think this will be the route I go in once the new year is here.

I found the problem.
It was an option in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security Policy/Local Policies/User Rights Assignment/Access this computer from the network. I needed to add the user account in there.
