    The wife has an issue with getting her tablet to charge. Micro USB port. Port is very "loose" for lack of a better word. Tried 3 or 4 different cables and even a 90 degree adapter.     Go to your local fire department and ask them to save you a 5' of 3" hose. They test every year and will always have a few that fail. Slide this over your downspout, and there's your extended downspout. You can run over that hose 1,000 times and it'll be fine.

    Mrblotto, I did do something similar. The 2002-2003 Trailblazer has a port to stick a cabin filter in it. I pulled the cover off and things did not change. It is between the blower and the heater core. I just tried this Wednesday. Great idea!. Thanks

    I cleaned the heater core with a soft toothbrush and then took out a vent and blew air in reverse down the ducts. Didn't make one dang bit of difference. I guess I need to buy one of those crappy cigarette-plug heaters now or sell the SUV.... :mad:
