Any MSI K7TPro2A having power management problems?

Deras, Yep, I've had the same problem with my Pro2A. Uninstall the video drivers and the power management works fine. Re-install them and the system crashes (unable to wake up, I get sort of a blue screen). I'm then forced to reboot. I've asked this question before, but no one really knows...

BIOS Revision 1004. I don't know which version (a,b,c,d, etc.). How can I find out? What's also funny is that ASUS Probe is showing that my Case Fan and Power Supply Fan is running at 2000 rpm. I opened the case up and all the fans are working fine. I have 4 case fans and one power supply...
