Network 2 buildings

Can't access my network shares

Guys, keep in mind that I imaged the old hard drive that had no problems from another computer. Why would a static IP give me trouble, but when I use DHCP it does not? The network shares can be accessed fine with DHCP, just not Static. Thanks.

DOS 6.2.2 needed

I have an old DOS machine where the hdd crashed and had to be replaced. I need a copy of DOS 6.2.2 to put back on it, but cannot find it anywhere. Can anybody tell me how to obtain it? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Transparent mode and NAT?

I have LAN, WAN, and OPT. I can run OPT in Transparent mode with a public IP, but I don't really know what that does or mean, so I need to find out what OPT even is.

How are Quantum Tape drives?

Looking for a good SCSI supported Motherboard

Radeon 9100 or FX 5200 PCI for Halo?

That customer would be severely disappointed with either card and playing Halo. The only true good card that plays the game is a Radeon 9700 and up. I have a 9600 Pro that I run it on and struggle often for 30 fps.

Need a new tape drive for network backup

Can anyone recommend anything? I need something probably in the range of 80GB native/160GB compressed. Internal 5 1/4" SCSI. Hopefully not breaking the bank here. I searched the web with little luck on finding any reviews, so was hoping someone here could provide some suggestions. Thank you.
