Well my new sata dvd burner stopped burning dvds & cds while running xp. It freezes up about after about 1 miniute every time I try to burn something and Ive tried 5 different burning programs all with the same result. Weird thing is that it works in ubuntu just fine. I have no problem burning...

no need to RMA the card its just a Call of duty bug. It should be fixed with the new 3.10 cats. I was getting the same VPU error and I would also have to reset my rig. Have you ever had this VPU error in any other games?
yea it looks like they fixed it with the 3.10 cats. Im running 3.9 and was playing online for a good 3 hours without a crash. before the fix I would crash every other game
