    Aspire X-Navigator??

    I have never had any problems with either of the aspire 500x psu that are in this case and the rails are rock solid. That said, most will say that the antec is better, which it should be, as the aspire only runs $55 without the case.

    I am also very happy with mine. This is quieter and much cooler than the x-superalien I had and sold to my brother. They are pretty good for the price considering what is included. My mildly oc'ed proc with stock cooling in this case never gets above 33C and is usually around 25c.

    Once I found the advanced to set the ram at 200 max, I have never had a problem with the ram running at full speed. I had 1 system crash at stock voltage with fsb and ram running at 245, so I lowered it a bit.

    We have done it several times at work using a ghost multicast server and send images back and forth (pata, sata, and scsi) on Dell desktops, laptops, and HP workstations and have not run into any problems.

    Aspire X-Navigator??

    I have it, and replaced my Aspire X-Superalien before. These are very well made cases with decent (not perfect psu), and completely aluminum. For the size they are pretty light. The x-navigator keeps my system 5c cooler and is quiter than the alien I had, which had 1 more fan.

    I had the same thing when I initally set it up, the power connector for the fan uses the oposite connectors that the temp sensor uses, so you have to make sure you have it hooked up to a regular molex power connector.

    Not all boards have it, that depends on the chipset they use. The cheaper boards sometimes leave off the firewire. I have a digital camcorder, so I have had firewire for 3 years, I have yet to find another use for it.

    Those numbers are fine as long as they dont fluctuate. It may just run on the low side. As long as there arent spikes up and down, that should be fine.
