For some reason I have just started to get a 'SystemAdmin' error appear in W2K when I try to copy files.
I Am logged in as an administrator and now, whenever I copy a file/directory and then try to paste it anywhere, I get the following error message -

I'm not fully up to date with the 600e chips - is that running at 100MHz or 133MHz standard?
Assuming it is 100MHz and you are pushing the FSB up higher then the PCI divider is the solution - at least it was for me.

It is all to do with the PCI bus divider setting - as you probably know the PCI bus needs to run at 33MHz to meet the required standard. Some deviced can be overclocked but not all.

I agree with this... the Motherboard Monitor home page suggests differently to this but if you look in the PC Safety section of the BIOS the readings will match these in Motherboard Monitor.

I've now upped the CPU voltage to 2.2 and the FSB at 95MHz (I think!), giving a CPU speed of 575MHz... not too bad considering that Celeron 400's are suppose to be poor at overclocking.

On the ATA66 controller (which runs fine and stores Windows 2000) I've got a Maxtor 20gb 5400rpm.
On the ATA33 controller (used for storing data, MP3's etc.) I have a Seagate Medalist 6.4gb. This is the only drive that has a problem when I overclock.

I here the drives stop, the screen goes blue, I get this error at the top of the screen, everything stops for a couple of seconds and then the machine restarts/shuts down (depending on what I asked it to do)...
