It looks like there is an update for the Cyberdrive, but again, it doesn't seem to indicate if that will update the support to dual format.
Can someone help me out on this one? KHypermedia. drives with Made in Malasia appear to be BenQ, and can be updated to dual format.

From what I can gather, the Made in Malasia drives are BenQ, and a firmware update will allow them to be update to dual format.
The Made in China drives are Cyberdrives.
Does anyone know if these drives support dual format?
