Where do you keep your dock?

I have mine on the right side, as I occasionally use XP through Parallels and I use the convergence view. This enables me to have the XP bar on the bottom and the mac on the side so everything is available.

Folding@Home: May Month-End Report

Thanks Foxery for the monthly summary but I had a rough month. Some downtime on one computer and had a couple of low producing WU's and I dropped a tenth of the last months production.

Question on Folding@Home final deadline

Hi Guys Had a small power outage and my backup machine I test with went down( Nothing critical on it so I did not have a UPS on it). By the time I got back home and restarted everything I noticed that I will not finish the WU until 3 hours and 20 minutes past the final deadline as per FahMon...

I got credit for my 1700 point WU that was done yesterday but no credits for any of the ones my PS3 has done. It has been rock steady for the last month after Stanford and Sony got all the software and server stuff straightened out.

I have had zero points for a day and half but looks like the folding servers have accepted the finished work units. My PS3 is good for a 1000 a day and I had one other 1700 point unit finish 14 hours ago but nothing in any of the stats

Double check and make sure the work units are being accepted on the PS3 as I have only had credit for one in the last 3 days. When I leave the folding program and then come back the PS3 says it is attempting to upload completed Work Units. Had success only once but there should have been at...

re-joining F@H, how?

Your user name should still be with the folding at home site. go there and type in the username you used a year ago in the search and verify that it is you. When you set up your client use that name as user and 198 for the team.

got a couple of questions When I ran fah.exe it opened a command window where i did the configuration and it seems to be working fine as it got a work unit and all the boosts and optimizations seem to be working (just did its first 5000 steps). Now do I need to keep this command window open...

The iPhone has been unlocked :)

AT&T has let loose the lawyers and they have been throwing around the cease and desist orders. Many sites have stopped linking to the site offering the unlocking software. It in turn has decided to hold off on distribution until their lawyers advise them.
