Please recommend video card...

I ended up just grabbing a 4670 for now. Though I was really really tempted to get a 4770 or 4850 for some reason. Anyways, thanks for all the replies everyone.

I checked specs and one is Memory Clock 2000MHz Memory Size 512MB Memory Interface 128-bit Memory Type GDDR3 the other is Memory Clock 1600MHz Memory Size 1GB Memory Interface 128-bit Memory Type DDR3 Is that a big difference in performance?

Hi, my system is rather outdated. However, I'm not a hardcore gamer. I plan on gaming just somewhat occasionally. My resolution is 1280x1024. I would like to be able to run games like COD4, RE5, and Starcraft 2 (when it comes out) for instance. I've been reading around and still contemplating...

Would there be a noticable difference? ...

It's been awhile since I've bought anything for my computer. I currently have an xp2200+ and 512mb ddr. If I were to upgrade to an Athlon 3000-3500 or so, new board, and new ram, would there be any noticable difference? I'm not a hardcore gamer or anything. I only play a game or so in a long...

Can't delete file, other program is using it (WinXP)?

This used to happen to me. I think its because XP is trying to preview the file or something. Fixed it by deleting this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{87D62D94-71B3-4b9a-9489-5FE6850DC73E}\InProcServer32

Yep, all the 100 packs I've seen were all from Taiwan. Only the 50 packs were Japan. Heh totally sucks.

Bringing in a receipt won't help either, the deal is over. It only lasted a little over 24 hours actually. They now don't have the item in stock and even if they did, they marked it back up to the original price. I brought in my receipt from the online order to get a raincheck and he almost gave...

Talk about quick service. I ordered at their terminal yesterday like Cowboy mentioned and chose instore pickup even though they were sold out. Then I thought I'd get like an out of stock email, but they said it was ready for pickup so I went down there and they had my drive ready. Pretty nifty...

I also found out that it wasn't "hard" for them to run out...being that each of those stores had like 2, 1, and 3 (respectively). The Westminster one had 2, and the employee took one of them. So no one cleared the shelf or anything like the other stores.... At least I tried Cowboy's tip...

Cowboy, when you ordered at the terminal did it show the corrected price after you clicked buy or at the end of checkout? Might have to make another trip down there. Wasn't a fun day, no hard drives and no Fuji CDRs in stock either.

I just received the drive today. The guy was here right at 9:00am! Talk about awesome eh? :P Anyways I can confirm that the warranty is indeed 3 years. Mine expires January 2006! So if anyones hesitating because of this, hope thats cleared now :)
