Anyone here use Sprint PCS vision with a Laptop/PDA?

You don't need to download anything. Just open a command prompt window, ping your favorite site with "-t" at the end of the command. This will continually ping until you hit "Ctrl+C."

Digital 8mm VCR One of these should work. You might be better off just picking up an old 8mm or Hi8 camcorder if you just want to play/copy 8mm tapes.

Need help regarding TV

Do you have an A/V receiver in your home theater setup? If so, route your video devices through the receiver and then connect your S-video and composite outs to your TV. If you don't have a receiver, you can get a video switch for $50+. Maybe if you could give some specifics, I'm sure one of...

How do you connect a DVD player to a Hoover era TV???

What you need is an RF modulator. In a nutshell, it converts a composite video signal into an RF signal. You connect the DVD player's composite video out to the modulator and connect the TV to the modulator via coax cable. The audio outs on the DVD player connect to your receiver. I saw one...

You must be running Win2K. Your card and drivers are working just fine. Win2K handles multiple monitors a lot differently than Win98. It's a PITA, but if you want to use multiple monitors in Win2K, you'll have to do what Daniel suggested and resize your windows. The forums at...

Can anybody help me figure out why my HDD LED stays on all the time (w2k pro)?

I had the same "problem" when I first installed win2k pro. I also did not find an apparant cause, and had no problems whatsoever with my drive. I simply disconnected the hdd led, and it hasn't bothered me since :).
