No, ATI cards run in the apparently ATI-coded "SM2 HDR" mode, which is FX16 (fixed point, aka integer, 16bit, to accomodate the X-series, which can't blend FP formats). NV runs in "SM3 HDR" mode, which is FP16 (floating point 16bit). I'm not sure why ATI's SM3 parts don't (or can't?) run the...
