Do prebuilt PC makers have their own separate supply lines for GPUs?

You can get a computer from ibuypower with a great video card for the price of a card alone. OEM's have preferential treatment which is why currently a person is sometimes better off buying a pre built that building their own pc.

Realtek No Audio to Right Speaker

I've gone into most of the settings I can find in the control panel and the real tech software... I still have no right front speak (right rear works, all others work in my 5.1) I'll try the deoxit unless someone knows of any other suggestions?

I agree! New Threads like this demonstrate why we need a single standard instead of proprietary stuff. Choices like this shouldn't need to be made. Also it's black friday weekend, I want it to be 2019 so I can get a 4k 32+ inch 144hz HDR async monitor supported by whatever card I feel like...

Threadripper 1900X vs 1800X

@lightiningZ71.. based on the comments here.. I'll probably stay with the 1800X. I thought gaming may be a bit more future proofed with higher cores in the future with the threadripper platform. I currently play Fallout, Mass Effect Andromeda, and my favorite games.. the Total War series :)...

Threadripper 1900X vs 1800X

I am going to buy a new Ryzen / Threadripper system in the next month or so. I haven't seen any real reviews of the new 1900X vs 1800X. I know the threadripper motherboards are much more expensive. For gaming / photoshop / general usage, would you guys recommend going with an 1800X or 1900X...

I'm doing a complete overhaul. I'm leaning towards the ryzen 5 1600x with Vega or a 1080. I'm looking at spending $2,000. Currently my 27" Samsung is 1080. I may need to get a higher resolution monitor too.

Has anyone owning an SSD ever seen a benefit in gaming?

Total War series has tons of loading... Load the game, load before a battle, load after a battle. It's excruciating.

It is holding me back in gaming. I can only play war hammer total war at minimal settings. I do want to upgrade my monitor to 4K or at least 1440. Would you just do a complete overhaul or keep the quad core CPU @2.8?

It doesn't have to be a small business. Even Wal-Mart hires people in my town. Those people pay taxes on the local level for schools / police / teachers salaries, etc.. The difference of $5 is people having jobs in our communities. Some don't care and only care about $$$ in their pocket. I...

Get it from a local store.. Best Buy / Gamestop / Wal-mart. They hire people that work in your community. Support local jobs. Do the same with XXXX (fill in the blank). Buy your insurance from a local agent vs an 800 number... those people work in your neighborhood. This is true "social"...

Forza 5, Forza Horizon 2 or wait for Forza 6?

Horizon & regular Forza are different animals. I would get Forza Horizon now and enjoy it.. wait for a GOTY edition for Forza 6. Very fun games.

Shadow of Mordor (Xbone) a good game?

I really liked the game. Very open world, some RPG elements. Great graphics and it felt fun after you get the hang of things. The learning curve is a little steep at the beginning if you jump in and have no clue what you're doing. I died a lot :)

I agree.. in my opinion, Ryse is one of the best looking console games on either any system and it isn't even 1080. Who cares if it looks good and is fun to play.
