Any leaks on what the turbo rates for 8700 non-k are? There's no way the TDP is honest if they didn't neuter those hard compared to 8700k, but I'm hoping for near performance parity at stock, not power savings.

Fractal Design Define R3 or Antec P183?

That aspect ratio will cripple you if you want to play SC2 seriously. Definitely get a widescreen monitor with your system, and don't worry about a beast video card. My 6850 runs all ultra 4v4s fine at 1920*1080. P.S. Your resolution would produce even narrower field of view than the 4:3.

Yeah, I built a fairly low requirement system in a Rosewill R101 Micro ATX case for $500 a year and a half ago, and the users have really liked it. I like that you and the customer are investing in more performance with good value balance to give them good performance for a significant time period.
