You can extract your address book to a file type called .csv On your new PC you can import this file and all of your addresses will be where you left them.
Your Favorites can be found C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Favorites... Look for your log in if you have one and your favorites...

oddly enough, i downloaded a spyware remover this morning. Ran it, removed several files that I had no clue that was running in the back ground and it seems my WMP issues have disappeared with the spyware.
