    All low intensity cardio for me. I Hit the tread mill on 4.5 and a slight incline and jog for half an hour. Full incline at 3.2-3.5 for an hour.

    High iso is especially useful to wedding photographers who shoot almost exclusively on high iso. The 5d with fast glass is a godsend for those photographers who seem to always be in a dim church with no flash photography.

    Don't waste your money on cheap ebay/apc/ricer junk. I would retrofit some hid projectors into your housing. Better yet, did that year come with OEM hids..if so I would get those.
