I didn't bite because of several reviews indicating that at times it was frustratingly slow. Also, a lot of issues seems to have been resolved with the 800 model. Other than that, it's a great deal!
Seasonic is one of the better brands out there. I can't believe the free ship!

Looks like CV has 2 rebates: a $30 and a $10. However, they each state "This rebate cannot be combined with other offers from PNY Technologies, Inc." I wonder if "other offers" also refers to other rebates?
