I have the Antec 480 and it runs hot also... until a few weeks ago though when i opened her up and just ran the 12v to some new fans in it now its as cold as ice and makes your case temps drop like crazy! this thing adds alot of heat believe it or not and the original fans do not spin fast...
Anything from 420 and up would run perfectly fine the Antec Trueblue480 or Truepower480 would be my reccomendation for you if you have 80 bucks to spend at newegg.com
Check the card and look at all the capacitors (round cylinder thingys) if any of them are bulged out at all then that could be your problem right there, they should be perfectly flat. if they are send it in for an rma... if you modded the card and threw away the parts you took off your SOL if...
