    For the record, all I did was in passing like in any conversation, "... oh I bought a new xxxxx and btw my old xxxx is for sale if anyone wants it..." type of thing. I think if people looked at it like a regular conversation, that makes sense. Sorry for the disruption folks.

    To be fair to Valve, I just got notice that they refunded the full price to my PayPal! As noted above, they originally said I would get a credit to my Steam wallet. Oh the wonders of a PP dispute! Anyway, I didn't pre-order and game time was showing in steam as 4 hours.

    I had been denied a refund before I opened the dispute. Then after PP notified them, suddenly they offer me Steam credit. Regarding the time-frame, they are folks who have received refunds with many more hours played than me. All in all, Valve should do the right thing, no questions asked.

    Disputed the purchase with PayPal. Suddenly Valve offers me a credit to my Steam Wallet for the $59.95 - said I had too much time played for a PP refund but Steam shows me at the same 4 hours! So they get my money any way you slice it. I'll keep the dispute open, and let PP sort it.

    So now I'm confused. Is the GTX1080 the fastest available card? And is the future AMD Vega going to be a faster card, or do you mean it's a better deal? If GTX1080 was say $599.00 would you recommend it? Or are you saying the GTX1080 is not worth it at any price?

    Hi guys, great info here. My Citizen number is #148195 but PTU is grayed out in My Account/Settings page. Game version is 1.3, when I start the launcher it says to restart to update it but nothing happens. The game does launch. I can access my hangar and Arena Commander. Did I miss something?
