Finally played Medieval 2: Total War after having it installed for the last couple of months. I started around 6PM yesterday and didn't finally force myself to stop until 1AM. Didn't seem like more than a few hours.

Personally, I'm a fan of manual fan control. I leave fans on low when I'm just surfing the net, then crank them when i'm gaming. It takes all of a few seconds to adjust this. This is just personal preference, though.

Anyone decorate their case?

Avoid stickers. There are vinyl graphics that can be applied and removed without leaving sticky residue.

Highest CFM 120mm fans available

I have one of those Deltas with the highest CFM. I had it as an intake once for fun, and I swear it pushed air out of every tiny little gap in the case. Even slowed down, they're still loud/unpleasant to listen to. Still, I think they are a good fan if you're looking for industrial quality...

Anyone use a CCF on their LGA1366 board?

I'd give the adapter a shot. Personally, it'd be worth it to take out the MB vs buying another heatsink. If I was going to change heatsinks, and since you already have a 120mm fan, I'd get a Thermolab Baram....like this http://www.koolertek.com/computer-parts/pc/ThermoLab-Baram-191p1508.htm

Using stainless steel in a WC setup and galvanic corrosion?

This idea for stainless came from another guy's desire to use all metal fiitings. Look around, there really isn't a metal barb to barb elbow fitting around in chrome.

Would stainless fittings be terrible to use in a loop? Galvanic corrosion potential? Would it be better or worse than aluminum in a loop? I know some of you guys know tons about this stuff, so please, fill me in.

1 px on a 40" at any distance isn't really going to be noticable unless, like me, you're one of those people who obsess over tiny things and your eyes constantly fixate on it. If you have a good store, like Fry's/Costco nearby and you find a good deal, you may be better off going that route...
