On Windows, SageTV is currently the only commercial PVR application supporting multiple tuners, on Linux MythTV (ivtv driver) supports multiple tuners.
That might have been more the case with SageTV 1.4, SageTV 2.0 has made great strides especially in the UI areas. SageTV is currently at 2.0.18 RC3, so I'd expect it to go into production soon.
Yes we have a signed agreement with Frey Technologies, but we provide SageTV both as a download and as an optional CD, though you get the CD for free in the bundles.
The bundles come with a CD that includes an autorun integrated menu for installing everything necessary to run SageTV.
Because PCAlchemy.com is the first (and only) authorized reseller of SageTV, Frey Technologies (the SageTV people) will be announcing this in a few days.

PCAlchemy.com's SageTV 1.4 / PVR250MCE (32552 card) bundle is the same...

BTW. the...
Shipping rates are basically the rates the UPS gives us, so the cost would depend on where you are located (we're in CA). A 1lb packege will be about $6.50 for CA and about $7.75 to the east coast.
Wish we could offer free shipping, but we try to be as aggresive as possible on our prices, so...
pcalchemy.com worked closely with Streamzap over the last month to improve the SageTV support, you should download the latest software from Streamzap and give it a try. Also, the Streamzap remote has built-in ability to control just about any application without loading additional software.
