D2OL Members Check in.

Since DF shut down, have switched all my machines over to D2OL, doing anywhere from 100 to 300 units a day. Have moved up 600 spots overall since I started back up on it.

OK, I now have 2 pc's that are done with DF,but they are not able to get through the firewall at work! Is there anyway to sneakernet D2OL? D2OL is the only project other than DF that I think deserves my extra CPU's!

With 84 members on the team, right NOW with a new FAST protein, we have only 6 MEMBERS running it, we have held on to 16th place for a long time, but we will soon be in 17th! The client has been VERY stable, plus the added features of a "ticketing" system have virtually eliminated lost points...

With the DF Servers running better since this last weekend and taking alot of data without a problem uploaded over 2 million points last night without a hitch), and it looks like we will have one more week on this protein, NOW WOULD BE A VERY GOOD TIME TO GET SOME QUICK POINTS!

With HT I have found you can do it one of 2 ways. One without HT enabled, gives 1 client 100%, or with HT, gives 2 clients 50%. The 50% option works better, so one client is always crunching!

DF update

Well with the update tomorrow, am dumping almost 2 mil, and giving the CPU's a break unitl tomorrow! If I can make it to work, got almost 14" of snow since last night, and my FORD PLOW (pickup) just barely made it home from work!

i upped the buss speed on my main offl ine cruncher to 182x11.5, now it is acting like a 2800. I've also found that the client likes Win98SE over ME, 2000 and XP. The latter three are cpu and memory hogs! If I can do this on a handful of systems anyone can do it! Sneakernet just requires you...
