DFI Lanparty SLI DR Expert USB problems

Yep .. just 2 reinstalls, and 2 different procedures .. both times, after I installed the Enhanced USB host controller (for 2.0 viability), the system will not boot until I unplug my USB keyboard, and plug it back in.

ATI Radeon 1900XTX and cooling

Well .. not using the *default* GPU and Memory clock seems to help .. but negates the fact the card should be pushing harder.

Right now, just having the desktop open and Firefox, temp goes down to 67deg. I was just playing Oblivion (which just crashed 30min ago after about 4mins of playing), and tabbed out to see the temp at 90deg. NO fan ramping. Core is set to 648, mem at 774. According to ATItool monitor...

ATI Radeon 1900XTX and cooling

G'day .. I have been having a weird problem with my Radeon 1900 XTX. I have updated to the newest Radeon driver (Cat 7.7), which still does not fix my problem .. which is .. Ever since the last few 1/2 dozen of Catalyst drivers, I've noticed that the fan on the card doesn't turn on to help...

Can't install WinXP Pro on new system

All been done so far. Even tried using memory from my previous system (Corsair PC3200). I have tried the same memory, HDD, and dvd-rom (and disc) with another motherboard/cpu, and all have worked.

I have a MSI Neo-FIS2R waiting for my new A64 to come in the mail .. then its on like donkey kong. Actually .. just making post because I am sooo HAPPPPY! Much better than my GeForce 4 Ti4800SE

Aye .. my PC hasn't been upgraded for 2yrs (besides the AIW which was bought April) .. so it was long overdue. Everything played fine, just wanted something to last me another 2-3yrs

I doubt it .. look at the price of 5950's and 9800XT's .. vendors still list them at their original full price!

Okay, I can't afford a Radeon X800 Pro or Nvidia 6800GT .. but I think an upgrade from my MSI GeForce 4 Ti4800SE to a Radeon 9800XT is still pretty damn good .. any comments?
