100% false. Written and verbal contracts are equally valid. However, verbal contracts are alot harder to prove- especially when a written contract is on hand. He-said she-said doesn't usually work well in court...

I hate Klipsch more then ATOT hates BOSE.

My 5.1's were about 18 months old- amp blew. Called Klipsch- they told me to send them in. New pair of 5.1 Ultra's- no charge. They've been working except the control box needed to be replaced due to the volume adjustment going bad- guess I fiddle with it too much :D
