I had trouble getting my rebates as well. I sent in a rebate in February and just got my rebate check yesterday and that was after they sent me a letter saying I didn't send in the right stuff for the rebate.
They are a member of ebay and are selling items on there under the name "ogdonfinancial" as their username. They have only been on there since July of this year and have only sold 3 items.
