If your temps don't come down in a week or so, then I'd remove the H/S and clean it up and reapply with a very thin layer of Artic silver 5....even at full load I've never gone above 36C ! (we'll see what happens to that statement in the summer...lol) AS5 does have a break-in period after which...
FWIW I have no issues with the noise my P/S makes (see my sig). I'm sure its not the quietest but It gives all the power I need, stable and has enough room if I ever want to add more stuff.

Yeah, I've had the saitek x35t for may years now....can't beat the programability for the fight sims, I haven't tried the cyborg gold....CH by the way is used in the airforce for their flight simulators since its an almost direct copy of the real thing !
