The prices are high, much higher than expected by many. There is always a markup over MSRP by vendors (no one argues that they need to be profitable to remain solvent). In this case it's the amount of markup that is unusually high. Supply and demand determines pricing but a super inflated...

Can the 6800 Ultra run on a 380wattt psu?

I've noticed a lot of recent posts of yours requesting information. You might try looking up some of these things, exploring (reading) forums, manufacturesr's sites on the internet, vendors, etc. You can do Google searches for lots of stuff. It might help inform you and enhance your decisions.

Thanks for the input. Would the SATA Raptors still be considered as Primary Master then...adding the Hitachi later as a slave and putting the jumpers for the CD and DVD on a Secondary Master/Slave setting?

Thanks for the ideas... OK...will look at the Albatron board... Corsairs site only lists a guide for the X600 Pro...I can check other memory types... If you don't think I'll need the Cd-RW I can still return it ($85) and reinvest in a HSF (Zalman 6000 Cu?)... My monitor was a NEC...
