try booting with the -v -f -x flags it should ignore the kexts. At the chameleon menu type them in.

Q9550 + Gigabyte P35-DS3L?

not easy as cake. 8.5 x 400 would lock my system left and right even with 1.3375 cpu voltage set in the bios... Cpu-z reporting 1.29 v ish under load. I had upped the FSB overvoltage to +.2v didnt help much lasted a few hours before crash, I dont want to push it to +.3v and cause...

i received it, Cant believe i waited almost 2 months for this thing. Feels like its gonna fall apart in my hands, Im willing to bet the part that slides out would crack in half if you put it on your keys . The part that slides into the usb port isnt very secure. Very poor design

if you are going for overclocking to the max, something like this from loudest/ biggest. Make sure your case can accomodate it 1) Probably the best coolermaster V8 or thermalright 120 2) Middle range scythe mugen is better than the dark knight, check reviews 3) Quiet and good performance...

GA-EP35-DS3L as an OCing board.

Look into this mod if it will work for you . I taped the mod with some electrical tape once i was done and blew the excess lead off with a hand rocket blower. http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=558347 For me it helped a GREAT deal on my GA-P35 DS3L Here's some data from my q9550...
